Delivery Information
At present, we don’t offer nationwide delivery through our website. However, we’re happy to provide local delivery for customers within a 2-mile radius of our store. There’s a small £2.50 delivery fee, but orders over £30 qualify for free delivery within the local area (2-mile radius).
You are always welcome to use our Click & Collect service, visit us in-store, or browse our range of products online.
If you require nationwide delivery due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us via WhatsApp at 07584 258785. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though please note this cannot be guaranteed.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Mill Hill Pet Supplies Blackburn, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is aimed at making this process as seamless as possible for you. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we've got you covered in case of any concerns.
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, as long as items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition. You should expect to receive your refund to the original payment method within 3 working days. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
